St. Peters Veterans Day Ceremony

Please join the St. Peters Veterans Memorial Commission for our annual free Veterans Day Ceremony on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025, as we honor the brave men and women of the United States Armed Forces.

We welcome Captain Jay Mullen, U.S. Army (Ret.), who will serve as the guest speaker for this year’s event. Captain Mullen is a dedicated leader and public servant whose 30-year military career spans both Active Duty and the U.S. Army Reserve, culminating in his retirement from the U.S. Army in 2024. A resident of St. Peters and a native of upstate New York, he enlisted on Pearl Harbor Day in 1993 as a Technical Engineer and served through the rank of Sergeant First Class before accepting a commission in the Corps of Engineers. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Engineer Administration from Park University and received his commission in 2011.
